Well, we don’t want to do a half-baked job while spinning too many plates, and we have realised that’s exactly what we are doing right now.

We need someone to come in and joyfully add to our culture, while shooting the lights out in their area of expertise – which in this case is messaging, data and analysis.

 

The actual job

This fulltime role sits in our Client Services team, which is the boutique consultancy arm of our business in which we provide a stellar customer experience to our larger scale clients.

We seed opportunities on their behalf, segmenting our member base with ease and sending the most targeted of messages. Sanctioned diversity initiatives are included under this umbrella.

Working with an Account Manager, you’ll be using HTML for messaging, then heavily relying on your skills in data analysis, reporting & tracking to ensure message effectiveness and spot areas for refinement.

 

About you…

You know your way around dissecting messaging requirements and aren’t afraid to keep going until it’s just right.

Nothing gets past you, you have the most laser focused attention to detail known to mankind. Facts, figures and stats excite you.

You also love working in a collaborative environment, where everyone’s two cents worth is considered. So your comms skills are on point.

You’ll be able to reference the data we need with ease, cut through results, share trends and offer recommendations.

You’re also happy to jump from one thing to another when needed. The startup environment changes a lot on any given day, so to thrive in this type of environment, you’re adaptable too.

 

The things you need to have

You’ll have some experience in large scale messaging and Analysis.

We are looking for skills in HTML, Reporting, Tracking, Data Analysis

Salesforce & Pardot would be seriously awesome.

If you’ve worked in a startup environment before, that’s a huge help.

And while this isn’t essential, due to the fact that we work in the Uni space, a degree in Business, Business Information Systems or similar would be a bonus.
