Why we need you

Well, we’re building out our Client Services team from Noosa, after moving the function from Melbourne.  This opportunity takes on an existing portfolio of large scale corporates and government clients.

 

The actual job

You’ll be coming into this role and taking over the current clients we support through our Client Services team – the boutique consultancy arm of our business in which we provide a stellar customer experience to our larger scale clients.

So, you’ll be hitting the ground running to get your head around how our platform works, how we currently service our clients, and then going for it and making it your own.

To help you do this, we are hiring a new Analyst to assist you with the data side of things, but you’ll be the one responsible for:

  • Client engagement
  • Campaign management
  • Design (with our Marketing team)
  • Research
  • Reporting
  • Management (of the Analyst)

And, as with any Account Management role, there’s also being on the lookout for other potential opportunities for our services…

The whole aim of this role is to deliver better results to our clients, with the entire process being one of ease.

 

About you…

You are incredibly skilled at drawing out those extra little details from clients that make our campaigns seriously successful.

You have amazing time management and attention to detail superpowers. 

You are a ‘people’ person, and think of your clients as an extension of our team.  You aren’t afraid of picking up the phone and having a chat about their current needs, upcoming campaigns or even the meaning of life!

You’ll be all over the annual calendars for some clients, and ad hoc requirements for others. 

You love working in collaborative environments and are also happy to jump from one thing to another when needed.  The startup environment changes a lot on any given day, so for that to work, you’re adaptable too.

And lastly, you will be good at both delegating & management.

 

The things you need to have

You’ve already gained experience in an Account Management position, perhaps in an RPO and/or Agency.

Time management and scheduling skills are inherently who you are.

Salesforce & Pardot skills would be awesome.

Bonus points for experience in the tech/startup or education worlds, so you know what you’re walking into.

And while this isn’t mandatory, due to the fact that we work in the Uni space, a degree in Business, Business Management or similar would be a bonus.
